The wait is over! Summer is here and that means Cyril’s back patio is ready to serve! And to mark this occasion, on Sunday June 22nd, we will be releasing our 2012 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir! 

We will be tasting the 2013 Rose´, 2012 Willamette Valley Pinot, and 2012 Chehalem Mountain Pinot Noir. Also will be pouring barrel samples of our 2013 Pinot Gris and 2012 Syrah!

And if you have a patio and Pinot, might as well barbecue a Porchetta! Porchetta is a boneless pork roast filled with layers of herbs (garlic, rosemary, fennel, etc) and sausage then rolled, spitted, and roasted. Pretty amazing! Cost for tasting and porchetta sandwich is $20. We will have a veggie option or you can just come to taste the five wines for $10.
