Our 2020 Chardonnay was aged 12 months in neutral French barrels. Native ferment with only one sulfur addition at bottling and gravity filtered, this wine is has notes of baked yellow cake with lemon curd. Notes of green apple and grass also come through with hints of clear honey to give a long finish and rich mouthfeel.
