How does it help us to be familiar with what the constitution does and doesn't do/mean?

Monday, April 3rd, 6:30 to 8pm: What (the f*ck) is an Executive Order?
History of how the executive order came into being? How it was controlled? How it's use has been expanding? Can we do anything about it? Should we?

Monday, April 24th, 6:30 to 8pm: How the Three Branches of Government Work?
Who does what? How do they interface? Why was it designed this way? What's happening now? Why does it seem like things happen both totally too fast and unbelievable slowly?

Monday, May 8th, 6:30 to 8pm: How to Participate (civic engagement 101)
Educating yourself- sound sources, aligning with groups that share you values (identifying your values)
Calls/letters/emails/in-person appointments- what works, what has the most impact, what clogs the system?
Protests- what makes them effective?
Volunteering- where are people needed?
How to cultivate reasonable expectations while persistently pushing the envelope?
